This custom home was thoughtfully designed to capture the timeless character of a historic farmhouse while offering the comfort and efficiency of modern construction. Inspired by the proportions and architectural details of homes built in the 1800s, the design features tall ceilings and classic elements such as pocket doors, interior transom windows, and a traditional wood-burning fireplace. To reinforce the authentic farmhouse aesthetic, the exterior incorporates durable, low-maintenance materials including locally quarried limestone and pre-finished wood siding. Every detail was carefully considered to evoke the warmth and charm of a heritage home, while seamlessly integrating modern amenities and building practices, giving the homeowners the look and feel of an old house without the maintenance typically associated with it.
